The HEB Catering Team is the best - bar none. They really deliver a great product and service! We had a Nacho Bar for our special Birthday Bash/ Red River Rivalry FB game and everything was perfect! Adding brisket to the Nacho Bar offering was the way to go, along with some delicious and varied fruit and cheese trays. I want to thank Lisa L. for her guidance in menu selection, as well as Melanie, for their professionalism, prompt delivery and a no-worry setup. And thanks for more than enough ice!! LOL! - Deb

The loaded potato i ordered barely had any brisket very little sour cream and or cheese and no chives basically a baked potato with fat from the brisket slapped in there. I’ve had the same thing at other Heb’s and it was so much better than this.

We recently used True Texas BBQ for a catered party at our home. We were delighted with the help provided by the catering manager Lisa and her assistant Raven. Lisa made it easy to order the right kinds and amount of food to serve both carnivores as well as vegetarians and vegans. We chose the nacho bar which was easy, colorful, and delicious. With decades of hosting this annual party, we have only rarely had food that was so universally enjoyed by our friends. And, we did savor the leftovers as well!
