True Texas BBQ

Okaaaay HEB Texas BBQ! I see you. 🔥 Y’all, I mean this when I say, DAMN IT, BOY! 💣 I know I may get some heat from my Texas BBQ enthusiast 🙄🫣, but I’m going to have to say, HEB Texas BBQ on 211 puts some established and well know BBQ spots to shame. Hats off to the pit master/s. I got the brisket, poblano sausage, and pork ribs. Everything was amazing. Brisket- tender, juicy, barked. Ribs- tender, but not falling off the bone. Perfect pull. Great seasoning. First time trying poblano sausage and it was a 10/10. Peach cobbler had my eyes rolling like…well you know. 😇 Some of you all know I’m very picky about my meat, 🥩 🤓👄 but I know I’ll be a very familiar face to them moving forward. Oh and maybe because it’s five minutes from my house. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤯 Given the quality of the food, I would say the food was priced fair. Best of all, the service was amazing. Warm Texas hospitality. Brisket nachos were BOMB, that was so scrumptious! Fries, pickles, and cream corn was lwk mid. Brisket was awesome sauce, sauces were good, and all the drinks on the soda machine thingy were out of this world!! I’ll be eating here again, obvi, but for the first time I’d say it was a pretty nice experience!!
