Food was good but no greeting and more Interested in the phone, I'm speaking about the owner. I am big on customer service not sure if I would go again. The food may be worth it

DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE… This place was a waste of time. I drove from New Jersey, and it was not worth the trip. First, we walked into what looks like a fairly new establishment and weren’t greeted at all. Customer service sets the tone, and that was already disappointing. We ordered the stew pork meal with pigtail, okra, rice, and lentils. Unfortunately, it wasn’t good. The rice was hard and clearly needed more cooking. The barbecued pigtail was extremely salty — anyone familiar with pigtail knows you’re supposed to boil out the salt before barbecuing. We also had the barbecue chicken meal. It wasn’t terrible, but it was overcooked. The macaroni pie was dry and crumbly — it wouldn’t even hold together. On top of that, we spent over $100 including tolls, and the food simply wasn’t worth it. The cashier was slow, unfriendly, and lacked basic customer service. We don’t like throwing food away, but sadly, we had to toss almost everything because it just didn’t taste good. No food vibes here.👎🏽🤬😤
