Service was good, friendly staff, ladies were like family. Overall food was good but very small half slices of brisket, 3 little half slices. Understand beef prices are high but there are a lot of other BBQ places that sale same plates (1 meat, 2 sides) at same/about cost with at least 3 full slices and a few more slices. This bbq place was near by for family to eat bbq.

I'm from the NE side of town and when I planned my wedding back in 2009, I went on a whim and tried out a place I wasn't familiar with nor heard about. All I have to say is i still think about their food. So much so, I googled today to see if they were still in business. I havent been there since (but I plan to), but when a specific food spot stays in your memory bank for that long, trust its good. Their rice and beans were perfect and their chicken and sausage, delicious. I'm not sure how they opperate now, but their catering was was very affordable for a then, 23 year old to afford for 150 people, and their on-site set up was professional and beautiful. They even wrapped up the extra plates, ensuring I received all I paid for. Give them your business! You wont regret it!

Absolutely loved this BBQ spot! The food was packed with flavor—perfectly cooked, tender, and seriously delicious. The friendly staff made the experience even better; they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Great atmosphere, great service, and amazing BBQ. Can’t wait to come back! 🔥🍖
