Texas D Willie's Smokehouse Zarzamora

Went for lunch, got the three meat plate (sausage, ribs, and brisket). For sides it was potatoe salad, sweet potatoe casserole, and cream corn. The ribs were cooked well, had a smokey and salty taste. These were my personal favorite. The sweet potatoe casserole is outstanding. The texture is soft with a sweet flavor that shines through. This side is worth trying. The brisket was my least favorite. It was good I just think I got some that was light on the seasoning. Watch out for the stray dogs in the parking lot and enjoy the BBQ. It was a wonderful little place.

Stopped by near the end of the night and was in luck as they were done to their last dino rib. Overall thoroughly impressed with the meal and value. Only slight ding is that I am one who enjoys a seasoned rib that doesn't need sauce, while tender this beast was a bit under seasoned so I needed some sauce to enhance the flavor. Definitely not a showstopper as I know a few who prefer it this way. Definitely worth a return visit.

So they have the all you can eat for $27.99 or $28.99 something like that but you have to wait for more then a n hour to receive a second round of food and just 3 pieces of brisket that’s all you want turkey you have to wait another hour of it!! 😡😡 very disappointed never again!!’ Here is a picture of the sweet corn after they said they didn’t have anymore!! 😡😡 this tells me they are very disorganized!!!
