Terry Black’s Barbecue

Super great food, walked in with friends our first time there! The walk in from the patio the person at the bar welcomed us in. We get in line and the fist thing is the sides. Its said something like welcome in with a smile chose you sides and etc. My first impression was like dang i said hello to the server and she was like “ hi what can i get you, all monotone and no smile so i said mac and cheese since it looked good. She said, “ size” im like umm okay the small and i continued i also got the potato salad, beans and peach cobbler jalapeños pickles and onions. Then another staff grabbed our sides and moved it over to the main counter where the meats where. He and the cashier changed my outlook and experience. He was very welcoming and heart warming and explained to us the meats they had and how it worked. If you know me I am going to order all and try everything! Below is what i had. I grabbed the Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Brisket, Pork Ribs and a Beef Rib! I mean they were all juicy and meaty and not that much fat as some sell you! They have inside sitting and outside patio as well. It was a great atmosphere we just loved it.

Finger liking good..... We had a Beef Rib with Brisket (all the meats are tender and juicy) and for sides we ordered the Green Beans, Pinto Beans, Mac and cheese and the Sweet Corn.... All of them delicious. Great staff attention. Thanks for your service.

Wonderful service by Clay and Riley when we were there. It was around 5pm and it was such a good time to have a quiet dinner with just one or two other patrons. Ribs were off the bones easily, flavored beautifully and not the crazy sweet kind. Brisket was perfect. Jalapeño and cheese sausage has a crunch to the skin. All in all a wonderful meal and a great place to bring friends and family who are visiting Texas for the first time to try Bbq
