Stopped by Taste of Texas BBQ at the Highlands Street fair, these folks know their way around a smoker. The brisket was juicy with just the right, and the pulled pork didn’t need any sauce (though their house blend is solid). Great vibes, friendly crew, and big portions!

Taste of Texas BBQ catered our wedding and did an amazing job. Not only was the food absolutely delicious. They made the booking with them so easy and went out of their way for us to sample dishes before hand.

These nice folks provided their services and delicious food at a lunch I attended recently, and the brisket was the best I've had since I moved to CO from Texas 7 years ago. Everyone in line in front of me ordered pulled pork, and it was good (the owner gave me a taste since I was curious as to why no one wanted the brisket)—but the brisket was super tender and delicious. The sauce was a bit sweet for my taste since I like it spicy, but the meat was great.The mac & cheese was yummy, and the slaw was just about right, too. If you order from their food truck or wherever they may be, I highly recommend the brisket. You won't be disappointed.
