Delicious BBQ! His Hawaiian Mac salad with a drizzle of his secret bbq sauce is absolutely out of this world. I enjoy my interactions with them every time I have been there. I had the brisket, beans with brisket and Mac salad. Will be back. Many many times. It’s located in a food truck pod on a corner and there is a bar to get beers and plenty of seating around.

This is the best smoked meats in the Portland area. This place has the best chefs, Dan and Max, truly professionals!!! You should try!!! 🤤🤤🤘🏼
