We came to the restaurant and ordered takeout — three soups: two borschts and lamb piti. All the soups were extremely spicy, impossible to finish, not to mention giving the borscht to a child it was ordered for. But the worst part is that instead of proper pieces of meat, there was mostly fat. When I opened the containers, the first thing I saw was fat floating in all the soups. In some pieces, it was half meat and half fat. I am attaching photos. It makes me wonder if this was done because we ordered takeout — assuming we wouldn’t check the food at the restaurant, and once home, nothing could be done? This feels very disrespectful to your customers. Your prices are not cheap. We paid $62 for three soups and waited about 25 minutes, only to receive soups that were overly spicy and filled with chunks of fat instead of meat.

This place truly exceeded my expectations.every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and made with high gulity ingredients! You can immediately tell that the kitchen takes pride in what they do. The attention to detail, freshness, and presentation are outstanding! An exceptional dining experience-I will absolutely be coming back!!!❤️

Great experience at Paapaii BBQ. Tasty food, excellent customer service. Zara was extremely helpful and attentive to all my requests!
