Kung Fu BBQ at the Silos. The service was great. Collard greens were fantastic. Chicken Thighs were really good, just a little dry. The Mac and Cheese was awesome. I am a complete Brisket Snob, in saying that, it was dry, and a little chewy. The seasoning was good but not enough good bark. Let's talk about that sauce, now that's just plain amazing. That sauce is to die for. I would absolutely suggest you try it. Everyone has a different taste. And I will be back again.
