At 8 PM I’m the only one in the restaurant and order a quarter pound of brisket. Three employees stood around for the next 10 minutes and took another order before I walked up and asked them to give me my brisket. When you are paying $40 a lb for meat, you expect better. You should hire employees that care or get a manager on site.
