I went in to order a pound of brisket lean and trimmed . The lady already had out a slab of brisket cutting some when I came in . Very polite service ill admit that but for 26.00 a pound that BRISKET WAS AWFUL . Some parts of the meat was cold as hell, and the rest barely Luke Warm. Most of it dried out no flavor and VERY I MEAN VERY TOUGH !!! Thought maybe it was just the slice I tried but no in fact the whole pound of meat was VERY Tough ,VERY dry and bland!!!! Tried to give em a try because they were close and convenient because I've eaten here before and it was good then again and it was worse but for that price that's awfully Tough Meat ,I'd rather pay double and go elsewhere like Brantley where atleast their consistent. .Sad Day in Od TX

As with most BBQ, sometimes you just have a bad day. The brisket was very chewy and seemed like it needed a couple more hours of cooking. The turkey, sausage, sides and the sauce were delicious. I would suggest looking closely at the brisket as it is being sliced to judge if you want to try it or one of the other meats.

I’ve been going here for years, but I’m almost certain that the owners have changed. We came in and got ribs. They were totally different not good at all. Macaroni and cheese was cold. If you want to keep the same, repeat clients coming in you better improve the barbecue. The quality of those ribs were terrible. Go back to the old way of doing it quit trying to change stuff. How many bad reviews is it going to take for you to realize?
