On a balmy February Saturday, we discovered the Garland Food Truck Yard, where Finch Craft BBQ called to us. One sample of the brisket and we were convinced. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The sides are home made and delicious. We ended up ordering both the corn and the charro beans, though the potato salad sample was also tempting. The owners/chefs are delightful and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

The brisket and all the sides were delicious. The owners were just lovely people. We stumbled across this truck yard and I’m so grateful we did. Wonderful little surprise in downtown Garland.
