I don’t say that lightly either, I’ve only had it a few times, but every single time it has been absolutely unforgettable. The ribs in particular are out of this world. They’re perfectly tender, smoky, and full of flavor, and the sauce is the kind that makes you lick your fingers and wonder how it’s possible for food to taste that good. In fact, the photo I attached was taken after I had already taken a bite, I couldn’t resist diving in before snapping the picture. That alone should tell you how irresistible this food is! Fatty’s BBQ & Soul Food is next-level! The ribs were tender with the perfect bite, their house BBQ sauce nailed the sweet-and-heat balance, and the mac & cheese was very good. But the collard greens? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. The owner and the woman in the front were absolutely gracious and very welcoming. I don’t work in this area often but every time I do, I will be sure to stop by.
