Super large portions for the price. Absolutely delicious, fall off the bone ribs, smoked ham, and beef that's fall apart tender. Same BBQ sauce recipe as the previous owner! Really, beautifully decorated for Christmas ❤️

This place used to be amazing. Ate here weekly for years. Great food great prices for the portions especially lunch specials. But it recently changed ownership and the food went downhill. It’s now called Rosas wrangler barbecue. I won’t be coming here anymore. Luckily just down the street is a new Barbecue restaurant that opened like a year ago. The World Meat Company has amazing Barbecue best in the area for sure

Looking from the outside it looked the typical hole-in-the-wall, but inside it was clean and pleasant. Tables weren't all squished together, which I appreciated. The BBQ may not be what people think of traditionally as BBQ. The BBQ sauce is served separately. We had the meat plates with 2 sides. I ate beef brisket with salad and baked beans, my friend ate the pulled pork with potato salad and French fries. We were both happy with our selections. Portions were nice sized and meal came with a bun for those that want bread or want their meat and BBQ sauce in bread. My beef brisket was tender. My salad greens wasn't fancy, but it was fresh. I would say though I thought the beans and potato salad were a bit on the sweet side, but that's a matter of taste, my friend liked them. I tasted a bit of his potato salad, it tasted like sweet pickle juice had been added. French fries were hot and fresh. We ate in, it only took about 10 minutes or so for the food to be served. The menu is a bit limited, but it's adequate, no chicken available. I'd eat here again, more beef brisket for me please! Sorry, I didn't think to take a picture of the food.
