A few years back I used to always come eat barbecue at this place because the shop we worked at was so close, and it had the best barbecue. A couple of days ago I ubered a gentleman that lived in the area of Dynomite BBQ and we were talking about the old establishment, he told me that place was closed, and haven't been back ever since. I found today that there was a new establishment"Dynomite BBQ". I stopped in and ordered some ribs and sausage that usually what I purchase when I go eat barbecue. I love brisket also, but today I didn't feel like brisket. I know the next time I go in I will have the brisket. As a matter of fact walking into this place reminded me of the old establishment that was there just upgraded. The smokers/the pits that are used I know I have been well seasoned. When I walked in the staff that was there I said this used to be my favorite barbecue place. They're response was "we'll make this place your favorite barbecue place again". By far they have satisfied the carnivore that lives in me with their smoked meats, beans, potato salad, and their service. I am a consumer that is convince that service is king! I gave this eatery a five star I can't wait to go back and I'm thinking this time with my whole family so we can support this business on a long venture I believe that you will make it with the food you serve and the service you have as the old Vic's barbecue when it was open. Props to the pitmaster your ribs were superb tender as well as sausage was cooked and served not dry and not too moist just perfect thank you for filling my stomach and satisfying the carnivore.
