I love their sandwiches, wings, hush puppies & collar greens. I have had the brisket many times before but I do think the current quality needs improvement. I appreciate the staff offering me an alternative but I wasn’t the only customer at the time who was disappointed in the quality of the brisket & its price.

Anyone in the bbq business knows you have to slice brisket against the grain. It wasn't slice properly causing at to be chewy on top of huge pieces of unrendered fat in my sandwich. Critical mistake for $30 meal, fries were good🤷🏾‍♂️. Hopefully training will follow. …
