visited this place after finding it on the Michelin guide list. The breakwater burger put them on the list. So we had to try it. It was really good. We also tried the brisket banh mi & brisket melt. Banh mi was alright, the brisket melt had good flavor but the brisket itself was bit dry for my liking, I think because the it was a lean cut & it was seared. Next time I'll order the brisket pit sando instead. The fries are amazing though. It's like hot & fresh McDonald's fries but with their own seasoning. Don't skip the fries you'll regret it. we arrived at 12:05p (they open at noon) and there was about 30 ahead of us. We left around 2pm and the line had died down.

Had some delicious brisket and cornbread here. They have a large menu with many different meat options but it sells out quickly so stop for lunch. The sausage was also delicious. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating options available. Located right across the highway 1 from the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the good food and great views.

Awesome barbecue in front of the beach! The restaurant serves various types of meats in southern style, sandwiches and has a great variety of beers. I tried the brisket and it was very tender and juicy, highly recommend. The trays come with two sides of your choice—it’s a lot food so keep that in mind. The prices were pretty fair considering it’s quality and their location a few steps from the beach, their patio is awesome having a beer and try their amazing barbecue.
