Food was EXCELLENT!!! The brisket was outstanding, the brisket twisters and potato salad amazing!!! Loved the sauces!!! Burnt ends, smoked bologna, and jalapeño pineapple sausage so so good. My wife and I loved it and will be back!!!! I love the way is decorated too. The use of wood made it so homey, but not hokey. The smell when you walk through the door!!! 💙💙💙

Great BBQ restaurant in West Little Rock. Food was fresh and service was excellent. I enjoyed the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. Very good flavor. The Mac and cheese needed a little more flavor, but food was great. Had a swirling cone for dessert because I like to take risks in life.

Met a friend for lunch at Blue Ember. Enjoyed the cleanliness and the light music. We were able to talk without shouting at each other. I ordered the brisket sandwich, mac and cheese, and fried okra. The brisket sandwich was excellent - smoke flavor was very good. Arguably the best brisket in Little Rock. And the okra was hot and fresh - portion size was perfect. I cannot recommend the mac and cheese was very bland - it was bland.
