This is the best AYCE Korean BBQ in Seattle. The option A is $35.99/person, your options include beef brisket, beef belly, pork belly, beef bulgogi, shrimp, mussels, squid, and more. My favorite is the beef belly. The Salad bar has other amazing appetizers like fried chicken wings, soups, noodles, egg rolls and desserts including soft serve ice cream. Service is impeccable, there’s a tablet that’s easy for you to ring in your order as well.

First things first, parking . We got there as they opened and snagged a spot under the building. 17 spots, all filled by the time we left. Tables were filled in order rather than spreading guests out. Guess that makes sense when you are constantly serving them. The waiting area had snacks and sweet tea. We did option A. May try B next time. B had some premium cuts that A didn’t. Tablets at the table allowed you to select the option and the meats etc for each round. Limited to 5 items per order, plus any appetizers. The appetizers were so so. There was a wait of 10 minutes between orders. There is a bar area with veggies like oyster mushrooms, zucchini, lettuce, onions and peppers, plus soups, rice, sauces and appetizers like spring rolls. Also the ever present soft serve ice cream. The soup option was comparable to options in a hot pot. Took a little longer since it had to be prepared but was excellent. The tempura was missed in the second round. Moving onto the meats. The kalbi beef and the beef rib cuts were the best. The rib cuts were a mixture of regular beef and wagyu. The kalbi order comes with just one slice each time. The lamb cuts and bulgogi were good but tended to get stuck to the grill. The waiters were good about swapping out grills frequently though . The thin cut meats tended to be greasy. The dry dip for the meats was spicy and flavorful. The quick and mussels were not great but could also be because I wasn’t sure how long to cook them. The food was salty as expected. Make sure to hydrate throughout and after the meal. The 4 tops were perfect for 2 but would have been tight for 4 since the food would have slowed down considerably. Overall an enjoyable experience and reasonably priced meal.

Amazing BBQ experience! The wagyu beef was incredibly delicious and the restaurant is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Ordering through the table tablet was super convenient, and our server Winter! gave fantastic recommendations. Thanks to her, I enjoyed the best wagyu! The side dishes were also great, especially the radish and kimchi. I’ll definitely come back again!
