Sauces on point 9/10. Pulled pork 9/10 delicious and didn’t even need sauce added. I’m disappointed that I paid 50cents for slaw to be added to my sandwich and got skimped as you can see in the photo. I’d skip the Mac and Cheese 4/10, it’s nothin to write home about. The beans 9/10 were deliciously sweet and Smokey and have various meats added. My fiance got the brisket 7/10 he said it was a little dry and needed sauce. I’d come back again just for the pork, but I’d get a plate next time instead of a sandwich. Hopefully their cornbread & collards are as good as their beans. Maybe they’ll hook me up with a free side of slaw next time.

Judging a restaurant that I’ve never been to before based on one meal really isn’t fair. But when I walked in, I immediately knew what to expect. Something happens when a small craft Barbecue entrepreneur expands into an Enterprise level meat shoveling machine. Today as the brisket was being sliced, I could see the intent was there, thin uniform bark almost no smoke ring, dry meat. I was in Texas two weeks ago bears brisket was on the level of what buc-ee’s was serving. The baked beans and mac-n-cheese were spot on. Prices were very reasonable.

Really good barbecue with a nice outdoor seating area. We got the pick 3 combo with pulled pork, Texas sausage, and ribs. Since we were splitting we got an extra side too. It was all delicious. They also have a bar in the seating area which was nice. The ordering process confused some of the groups in front of us while in line so it took a while to get through it. Absolutely worth the wait though.
