Aussom Aussie BBQ

We really enjoyed our combo plate from Aussom Aussie. We were at the rib festival in San Juan Bautista, CA. There were many options to choose from. However, I don't eat pork so we wanted to get food from somewhere that had a chicken option. I'm glad we decided to get food here. My husband said the ribs were smokey and a bit sweet. He really liked them. The pork and chicken were similar. Shredded meat tossed in some sauce. They were very flavorful and moist. The side sauces were tasty. The cornbread, coleslaw and beans were also good.
